Public Notice on the Regular Online Listing of Medical Consumables in Jilin Province's Centralized Procurement Platform, October 2024

In accordance with the requirements of the "Jilin Province Medical Consumables and In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Centralized Procurement Business Work Handling Process (Version 2.0)" (Ji Gong Zi Fa [2024] No. 7), the company information, registration certificates, product and price information submitted by medical consumables companies in October 2024 are now publicly announced as follows:

I. Public Announcement Content

Medical consumables regular online information for October 2024 (see attachment).

II. Public Announcement Period

October 21-23, 2024.

III. Public Announcement Method

(1) The relevant public announcement content will be released through the "Consumables Notices and Announcements" section of the official website of the Jilin Provincial Public Resource Trading Center; please refer to the attachments for details.

(2) For companies whose enterprise qualifications, registration certificates, and product information have not been approved, companies can revise and resubmit their information during the public announcement period based on the prompted reasons; registration certificates and products that have been filled in but not submitted, as well as products not declared under the registration certificates, cannot be revised. Only when both enterprise qualifications and product qualifications (registration certificates, component information, code information) are approved can they be included in the medical consumables procurement catalog and listed online.

(3) Companies that have not uploaded the "Medical Enterprise Price and Marketing Behavior Credit Commitment Letter" should upload it in a timely manner.

IV. Appeals and Questions

For any objections to other companies' submitted information, the authorized person shall, in accordance with the principle of "whoever reports, whoever provides evidence", send the objection via email (jlsqxcyw@163.com), attaching a legal representative authorization letter, objection materials, and relevant supporting materials (with official seal).

The provincial online (bid-winning) prices filled in by enterprises, if they are independently quoted in various provinces, will not be used as the basis for provincial online prices. If any enterprise intentionally misreports or arbitrarily raises prices, the relevant enterprise will be subject to credit evaluation and disposal in accordance with the medical price and procurement credit evaluation system.
